Detroit Design 139 Exhibition

We invite you to  join us for the Detroit Design 139: Inclusive Futures Exhibition where one of our signature projects, Detroit Windmill (http://detroitwindmill.com), will be featured this September during the Month of Design, Aug 31 - Sept. 30, 2019.

The focus of the Detroit Design 139 biennial exhibition is focusing on the future of Detroit’s built and natural environment and showcasing projects representing a future Detroit, one that honors the city’s  design legacy while pushing the city toward becoming a leader in  world-class design excellence.

This  year’s exhibition theme is Inclusive Futures, which explores how designing a city to be more inclusive will result in positive outcomes for everyone. The focus areas for 2019 are inclusive  neighborhoods, housing, public spaces, economy and city systems, helping  us to focus on creating multi-generational design solutions that result in Inclusive Futures for everyone.
